Covid-19 Response
What we Are Doing to Keep You Safe
Masks
In accordance to current CDC guidelines, masks are recommended and are advised if you are not yet fully vaccinated or haven’t gained immunity from having had COVID.
We seek to be a church of good citizens until that prevents us from being good Christians.
Kids Check-In
All children must have their temperature taken before entering their classrooms. Unfortunately, no one with a fever of 100.2 or higher will be allowed to participate and we are asking that anyone with a fever to go home. This is a precaution we are taking so that your family can rest and be well taken care of, and as a way to maintain the health and safety of everyone else.
J-Kidz is also requesting that parents take their children to the restroom before coming to class, as a way to limit repeatedly entering and exiting the classroom.
Giving
As always you can give using one of the following ways:
- Mail a check to our PO BOX 1508
- Give electronically on our website
- Text ‘journeyasheboro’ to 77977
Our ushers will not be passing the buckets during Sunday morning services, as another way to limit points of contact, however there are giving envelopes and a secure drop box available if you would like to give on Sunday mornings. The drop box is just inside the door as you enter the auditorium.
After Service
After service we are kindly requesting everyone to leave the auditorium and socialize in the lobby or outside. Our ushers will be coming behind you and spraying every seat with fabric disinfectant and sanitizing other points of contact.
Also, if you do not have children in J-Littles or J-Kidz and would like to avoid congestion in the lobby, you are more than welcome to exit through the office doors on the side of the building.
Thank you to everyone for extending GRACE and LOVE during this tumultuous time. Let’s be unified more than ever around the thing that matters the most. THE GOSPEL.
For His glory,
Journey Church Leadership
